Overview
HZAOC AK-RJX-9S Thermal Mechanical Properties Testing Machine (horizontal) is a test equipment specially designed for insulator materials. It is mainly used for the performance test of insulator materials under high and low temperature environment conditions, chilling down and heating cycle, and applying tensile load at the same time.
Features
1. The box adopts customized structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, the thermal insulation layer is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton, and the door is sealed with double-decked silicone rubber.

4. The refrigeration system adopts the French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant, and the key components are internationally renowned brands.
5. Control system adopts 7-inch large-screen true-color LCD Touchscreen temperature controller, which controls accurately and smoothly.
6. Safety protection system with multiple, including high and low voltage control, overvoltage, overload, phase loss, over-temperature, leakage and other protection, and with independent over-temperature protector.

Principle
The testing machine adjusts the temperature of the studio through the air conditioning cabinet in the box (equipped with evaporators, electric heaters, fans, etc.), circulates the air in the upper air supply and lower air return mode, and the temperature sensor is placed on the trend for monitoring. During the programmed high and low temperature cycle (chill down and heat) of the box, its built-in Mechanical Property Tension Device simultaneously applies and maintains a constant tensile load on the insulator sample to simulate and test the thermal Mechanical Properties of the material in a complex environment.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around) and turn on the power supply.
2. According to the size of the specimen, install the specimen on a dedicated mechanical tensile tooling.
3. Set the required temperature cycle program (Temperature range, lifting rate, time, etc.) and tensile load parameters through the 7-inch Touchscreen temperature controller.
4. Start the circulating fan, and after it is in normal operation, start the refrigeration unit or heating system and start the test.
5. During the test, the equipment automatically applies and maintains the set tensile load while cycling the temperature.
6. After the test reaches the set time or condition, it will automatically stop, and the operator can record the data and remove the sample.
Notice
The Ambient Temperature of the equipment needs to be between 5 ° C and + 28 ° C, and the average temperature within 24 hours is ≤ 28 ° C.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• The power requirements are AC380V (+/- 10%)/50HZ three-phase four-wire system.
• The placement of the equipment should be well ventilated, and items should not be placed within 80 cm of the front and rear of the machine.
• Safety protection functions are effective before operation.
The refrigeration system uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant, and maintenance requires professional operation.
