Overview
HZAOC RCJ-25A insulator thermal shock tester is a special equipment used to measure the ability of porcelain insulators for high voltage lines to withstand rapid temperature changes in a short time. It simulates the temperature drastic environment caused by sudden rainfall on the surface of high temperature insulators in summer, and conducts physical environment Destructiveness tests on insulators.
Features
1. Adopt an overall combined structure (upper and lower or left and right structures), with a small footprint and a compact structure.
2. Cold rolled steel plate is sprayed on the outer wall of the box, and stainless steel plate (SUS304) is used on the inner wall.
3. The test chamber door is equipped with double silicone sealing and self-limiting temperature heating belt to prevent condensation and frost.
4. The chilling down system ensures that the temperature of the chilled down water does not exceed 2K under high temperature operation, and the water temperature does not exceed 50 ° C.
5. The heating system uses a porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Control system adopts color large screen LCD Touchscreen, full Chinese interface, can set parameters, Linear dispersion and time, easy to operate.
7. Test process automation: automatic comparison of high and low temperature zone, automatic temperature adjustment, temperature insulation according to the program, and automatic transfer and chill down of samples between high temperature zone and cold water zone through special mechanical and pneumatic devices.
Principle
The equipment simulates the temperature impact by automatically comparing and switching between the high temperature zone and the low temperature zone (cold water zone). During the test, the high temperature zone is heated to the specified temperature at a set heating rate and maintained for a specified time, and then the high temperature zone baseplate is automatically opened, and the sample is automatically sent to the cold water zone by a special mechanical mechanism. The valve plate in the cold water zone opens and actively discharges water vapor, so that the sample can be quickly cooled down to complete a thermal shock cycle. During the whole process, the sample is put in and taken out by an automatic pneumatic device.
Applications
Thermal shock performance test of porcelain insulator for high voltage overhead line
Standards
GB/T1001.1-2003 "Thermal shock test for overhead line insulators with nominal voltage higher than 1000V"
Steps
1. Set test parameters such as temperature, time, etc. through the human-machine interface.
2. Put the sample into the basket.
3. Start the equipment, and the high temperature area will automatically heat up and keep warm according to the program.
4. After the heat preservation, the equipment automatically transfers the sample to the cold water area to chill down.
5. After chilling down, the device automatically removes the sample or prepares it for the next cycle.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature between 5 and 28 ° C.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85% R.H.
