Overview
Insulator Thermal Shock Testing Machine (Model: RCJ-25B) is mainly used to measure the ability of insulators to withstand sudden temperature changes in a short period of time. This equipment provides a rapid temperature change environment for porcelain insulators for high voltage lines, simulating working conditions such as sudden rainfall on high temperature surfaces in summer to assess the physical environment damage caused by temperature changes to insulators.
Features
1. Adopt an overall combined structure (upper and lower or left and right structures), with a small footprint and a compact structure.
2. Cold rolled steel plate is sprayed on the outer wall of the box, stainless steel plate (SUS304) is used on the inner wall, and the thermal insulation material is high temperature and fireproof rigid polyurethane foam or Glass thermal insulation cotton.
3. The box door is equipped with double silicone sealing and sealing strip heating device to prevent condensation and frost during the test.
4. The chilling down system can ensure that the water temperature rise under high temperature operation does not exceed 2K, and the water temperature always does not exceed 50 ° C.
5. The heating system uses a porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Control system adopts color large screen LCD Touchscreen, full Chinese interface, easy to operate, can set parameters and run automatically.
7. Specimen transfer using pneumatic mode, Degree of automation.
Principle
The equipment is divided into high temperature zone and low temperature zone (cold water zone). During the test, the system automatically compares and transfers the specified temperature, warms up to the target temperature at a set rate and maintains the specified time. Then, the high temperature zone baseplate is automatically opened, and the sample is automatically sent to the cold water zone through a special mechanical mechanism. The valve plate in the cold water zone opens and actively discharges water vapor, so that the sample can be quickly chilled down. During the whole process, the insertion and removal of the measured parts are completed by an automatic pneumatic device.
Applications
Thermal shock performance test of porcelain insulator for high voltage line
Standards
GB/T1001.1-2003 "Thermal shock test for overhead line insulators with nominal voltage higher than 1000V"
Steps
1. Set test parameters (e.g. temperature, time, etc.) on the control interface.
2. Put the sample into the basket.
3. Start the device, and the system automatically heats up and maintains.
4. When the holding time is up, the device automatically transfers the sample to the cold water area to chill down.
5. After the test is completed, remove the sample.
