The instrument adopts professional electronic circuit system and perfect Optical inspection system, which has the advantages of high accuracy, good Stability and strong anti-interference, providing Reliability and convenience for Color quality control in all walks of life.

Principle
The WN700D Colorimeter adopts the d/8 lighting reception method recommended by CIE. Its core lies in a high-precision Light spectrum spectroscopy system and a stable Optical inspection system. The light waves of different wavelengths are accurately separated by concave Diffraction grating, so as to obtain the Reflection spectrum data of the measured object, and calculate the accurate Lab value and other Color parameters accordingly.

Steps
1. Turn it on and ensure that the instrument is fully charged or connected to a power supply.
2. According to the measurement requirements, select the appropriate Measurement light source, color rendering parameters, observer angle and Color difference formula in the instrument settings.
3. If you need to use the average measurement function, set the average measurement number in advance (1-99 times).
4. Align the instrument measurement diameter (φ 6mm) on the surface of the tested sample.
5. Trigger measurement and wait about 2.5 seconds to complete a single measurement.
6. View and record measurement data on the display.
7. The measurement data can be stored in the instrument (master standard 100, sample 16,000), or through the optional computer software or micro printer for further processing and output.
Notice
• Operating temperature of the instrument is 0 ℃ -40 ℃, storage Ambient Temperature is -20 ℃ -50 ℃, use to ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the allowable range.
• Operating Environment Humidity should be below 85% relative humidity without condensation.
• When connecting an external power supply, please use a 5V DC power supply. Although the instrument has overvoltage protection, it should still avoid connecting the wrong power supply.
• When measuring, make sure that the measurement diameter (light spot size 4mm) completely covers the measured area and remains stable.
The built-in Illuminant life of the instrument is more than 50,000 hours, and the lithium battery can support more than 10,000 measurements at a time. Please use it reasonably to prolong the life.
