Overview
The KO DIN ® H600 is a digital transmission Black and white densitometer used for the measurement of the amount of light passing through transparent materials (e.g. flexible sheet substrates) to determine the amount of light absorbed by the surface. It is mainly composed of an illumination system, a light acquisition and measurement system, and a signal processing system.
Features
1, in line with NB-T47013 pressure equipment nondestructive testing standards.
2, using AC modulation Illuminant and synchronous reception detection technology, combined with computer control and data processing, improve the anti-light, electrical interference ability and Temperature Stability; Using nonlinear fitting technology to improve Measurement accuracy; Equipped with LED positioning halo, convenient and accurate positioning; Using metal shell, Shielding external electromagnetic interference effectively.
3. It has been strictly debugged and inspected when leaving the factory. The user can test by pressing the zero button after turning it on. Standard density sheets are randomly equipped for regular calibration.
Principle
The instrument uses an AC modulation Illuminant to provide a stable Illuminant, which receives the amount of light transmitted through the tested negative through the photoelectric Sensor and converts it into an electrical signal. The signal is processed and sent to the microcontroller, and finally the density value of the tested negative is displayed on the display.
Applications
Pressure equipment nondestructive testing
Steps
1. Turn it on.
2. Press the zero correction button to calibrate.
3. Use LED positioning halo to align the measurement point.
4. Conduct a formal test to read the density value on the display.
5, regular use of random standard density sheet calibration instrument.
Notice
• Please make sure the instrument is calibrated before use.
• Please use LED positioning halo for accurate positioning during measurement.
• Regularly use random standard density sheet calibration instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use in an environment with 0~ 40 ° C and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
• Pay attention to battery power to ensure adequate standby and Working time.
