Principle
The incubator comprehensively regulates the heating, cooling, humidification and lighting systems in the box through a microcomputer program Control system. The system monitors the environment in the box in real time through the Sensor according to the parameters of temperature, Humidity and illumination (divided into 0-3 levels or strong light 0-8 levels) set by the user, and drives the corresponding actuators (such as Compressor, heating device, LED Illuminant, etc.) to maintain the set stable environment. Its working mode is continuous operation, the Compressor works intermittently, and has a protection mechanism to ensure safe operation.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz).
2. Parameter setting through the Chinese interface of the large-screen LCD screen: including temperature (0-65 ° C), Humidity (40-95% RH), light level (0-3 or 0-8), time period program (1-99 time periods, 0-999 hours per time period) and liner protection temperature.
3. Confirm that the observation window is normal and place the sample to be fostered into the liner.
4. Start the device, the system starts to run according to the set program, and the screen displays various parameters and operating status in real time.
5. After the operation is completed or when it needs to be interrupted, shut down the equipment according to the procedures and take out the sample.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a temperature of 0-35 ℃, no corrosion gas environment.
* Power supply voltage must be in the range of 220V +/- 22V, Frequency is 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
* The Compressor has a 3-minute delay protection, and frequent switching should pay attention to the interval.
* Pay attention to the set liner protection temperature to prevent the sample from being damaged due to overtemperature.
* Regularly check the status of the Sensor and use the fault identification function for maintenance.
* If the network function is selected, it is necessary to ensure that the network connection is normal to use the data remote viewing service.
