Overview
KAIRDA NDT360 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is an ultra-thin Portable digital thickness gauge. It adopts the pulse reflection ultrasonic measurement principle and is suitable for the measurement of the thickness of various materials where ultrasonic waves can propagate at a constant speed and can be reflected from the back. The measurement resolution is as high as 0.001mm. The instrument can make accurate measurement of various plates and processed parts. It is suitable for the measurement of metals (such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, etc.), plastics, ceramics, Glass, fiberglass and Miscellaneous ultrasonic conductors. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields.

Steps
1. Probe calibrated or two point calibrated
2. Select single point measurement, scan measurement, upper limit scan, lower limit scan, limit scan, difference measurement or over limit alarm mode according to measurement needs
3. Set the gain (16 gears adjustable) to adapt to different workpieces
4. Perform measurement, the instrument displays thickness, Speed of sound, coupling status, effective echo number and other information
5. Data transmission or wireless printing can be performed via Bluetooth or Mini-USB interface

• Working Ambient Temperature -10~ 50 ℃, Storage Temperature -30~ 60 ℃
• Probe Contact Temperature range -10~ 60 ℃ (some Probes can reach -10~ 310 ℃)
• Charging time of the built-in lithium battery is about 3 to 4 hours, and it will automatically shut down when it is under voltage (less than 3.4V)
• Instrument case with waterproof and dustproof (IP67) and high impact resistance (IK08) characteristics
• Automatic shutdown can be set after standby timeout to save power
