Principle
As a component of the AD145S-P ultra-fine homogenizer, the homogenizer generates a strong shear force through a high-speed swirl/spin rotor to crush, disperse and emulsify the material in the precise gap between the stator and the rotor, thereby achieving ultra-fine homogenization effect.
Applications
It is suitable for the scene of homogenization, dispersion and emulsification of liquid or semi-fluid materials in the range of 30 to 250 mL and the viscosity does not exceed 200 mPa · s in the laboratory, pilot and small-scale production.

Steps
1. Confirm applicability according to the amount of material handled (30 to 250 mL) and viscosity (≤ 200 mPa · s).
2. Install the working head on the main unit of the AD145S-P ultra-fine homogenizer.
3. Make sure that the depth of immersion of the working head into the liquid to be treated is between 20mm and 110mm.
4. Turn on the equipment and adjust the Rotation speed according to the process requirements. The maximum line speed does not exceed 13m/s.
5. After the homogenization is completed, turn off the equipment, remove the working head, and clean it.

• Be sure to ensure that the depth of the working head immersed in the liquid is not less than 20mm and not more than 110mm to avoid idling or excessive loading.
