Overview
The ANGNI 8G homogenizer is an Optional accessory of the AD145S-P ultra-fine homogenizer with a diameter of 8mm and an overall length of 148mm. It is suitable for processing samples with a viscosity of up to 100cp, with a standard Processing capacity of 1~ 60mL and a maximum rotor linear speed of up to 10m/s.
Features
1. Suitability: specially designed for AD145S-P ultra-fine homogenizer.
2. Efficient processing: The maximum linear speed of the rotor is 10 m/s, suitable for samples with a viscosity of 100 mPa · s.
3. Durable material: The main body of the working head is made of SS316 stainless steel, and the bearing is made of PTFE material, which is resistant to corrosion.
4. Wide temperature application: It can work in a temperature environment up to 120 ° C.
5. Accurate dimensions: the overall length is 148mm, the height range of immersion in liquid is 15mm to 85mm, and the operation is flexible.
Principle
The homogenizing head generates a strong shear force through a high-speed swirl/spin rotor to crush, disperse, and emulsify the sample in a tiny gap between the stator and the rotor, thereby achieving homogenization of the sample.
Applications
Laboratory sample preparation, biological tissue homogenization, cell crushing, food testing, drug development
Standards
The product information does not mention specific compliance standards.
Steps
Make sure that the main unit of the homogenizer (AD145S-P) is turned off and powered off.
2. Firmly install the 8G homogenization working head on the main engine drive shaft.
3. According to the sample volume, immerse the working head in the sample to be treated, ensuring that the immersion depth is between 15mm and 85mm.
4. Turn on the host power supply and set the appropriate Rotation speed as required.
5. Perform homogenization treatment, during which the working head can be moved up and down appropriately to ensure uniformity.
6. After the processing is completed, turn off the power supply of the host, remove the working head and clean it.
Notice
Please confirm that the working head matches the host model (AD145S-P) before use.
The depth of immersion in the liquid should be strictly controlled between 15mm (minimum) and 85mm (maximum) to avoid idling or excessive immersion.
The viscosity of the treated sample should not exceed 100 mPa · s, and the temperature should not exceed 120 ° C.
Do not idle at high speed without immersing in liquid to avoid damaging the working head.
* After use, the working head should be thoroughly cleaned with a suitable solvent (such as water or cleaning agent) in time to prevent sample residue.
* Check the working head and bearings for abrasion or damage, and maintain them regularly to ensure performance.
* Please pay attention to safety when operating, and avoid contact with high-speed swirling/spinning parts of the body.
