Overview
The ANGNI 6G homogenizer is the optional head for the AD145S-P ultra-fine homogenizer, with a diameter of 6mm and an overall length of 123mm. The head is suitable for handling materials with viscosities up to 100cp and rotor linear speeds up to 8m/s.
Features
1. Specially designed for AD145S-P ultra-fine homogenizer, with strong adaptability.
2. The working head diameter is small (φ 6mm), suitable for micro Sample Handling.
3. Processing capacity range is wide, standard Processing capacity is 0.2~ 10mL.
4. The rotor linear speed is high, up to 8m/s, ensuring efficient homogenization.
5. Can handle materials with high viscosity, with a maximum processing viscosity of 100mPa · s.
6. High temperature resistant design, suitable for a maximum temperature of 120 ° C.
7. The key components are made of high-quality materials, the working head material is SS316, and the bearing material is PTFE, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.
8. The immersion depth range is clear, with a minimum immersion liquid height of 12mm and a maximum of 60mm, providing flexible operation.
Principle
As the core component of the AD145S-P ultra-fine homogenizer, the ANGNI 6G homogenizer generates powerful shear force through high-speed swirl/spin. When the working head is immersed in the sample liquid and runs at high speed, its rotor linear speed can reach 8m/s, which performs intense mechanical shearing, dispersion and emulsification on the material, so as to achieve rapid and uniform crushing and mixing of the sample.
Applications
Biotechnology, laboratory research, sample pretreatment, micro-sample homogenization
Steps
1. Confirm applicability according to sample volume (0.2 to 10 mL) and viscosity (≤ 100 mPa · s).
2. Install the 6G homogenizer head onto the AD145S-P ultra-fine homogenizer.
3. Make sure that the working head is immersed in the liquid to be treated, and the immersion height is controlled between 12mm and 60mm.
4. Start the homogenizer and adjust the Rotation speed according to the experimental requirements, so that the rotor line speed reaches the required value (up to 8m/s).
5. After the homogenization is completed, turn off the equipment, remove the working head, and clean it.
Notice
Please ensure that the depth of the working head immersion in the liquid is within the range of 12mm (minimum) to 60mm (maximum) to avoid idling or overloading.
The viscosity of the treated material should not exceed 100 mPa · s (100 cp).
* The maximum temperature of the working environment should not exceed 120 ° C.
The working head material is SS316 and the bearing material is PTFE. Please confirm its chemical compatibility with the material to be treated.
* Please pay attention to safety when operating, and avoid high-speed swirling/spinning parts from contacting the human body or hard objects.
* Please clean the working head in time after use to maintain its performance and hygiene.
