Overview
ALN-50S voice Colony counter is a digital display semi-automatic bacterial inspection instrument, which consists of counting pool, probe pen, counter and digital display. The instrument adopts CMOS integrated circuit technology, which can effectively reduce the intensity of experimental operation, improve efficiency and ensure inspection mass.

Principle
The surface of the counting cell of the instrument is a pressure sensitive element. When the special probe pen marks the surface of the petri dish placed on the counting cell, the counting function will be automatically started to realize the rapid counting of colonies.

The inspection of bacteria in food, beverages, medicines, biological products, cosmetics, daily necessities, drinking water, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, and clinical specimens. Steps
1. Connect the instrument to a power supply (AC 220V +/- 10%).
2. Place the petri dishes to be counted on the counting pool.
3. Adjust the focal length of the magnifying glass and the distance of the Illuminant illumination through the flexible adjustment bracket to make the colony clearly visible.
4. Use a special probe pen to mark on the surface of the counting pool (corresponding to the colony position on the culture dish), and the instrument will automatically count and voice the number.
5. The counting results are displayed through LED digital tubes.
Notice
* Rated voltage AC 220V +/- 10% power supply.
* Please use a special probe pen to mark when operating to ensure accurate counting.
* According to the size of the colony, adjust the magnifying glass focal length and Illuminant in a timely manner to avoid the omission of small colonies.
* The instrument protection method is IP20, please pay attention to the Operating Environment to avoid direct splashing of liquids.
Please properly clean and maintain the surface of the counting pool after use.
