DS-1 high-speed tissue masher is a laboratory equipment of ANGNI brand, suitable for biological, genetic research, pathological analysis, coalescence reaction and other experimental fields, mainly used for mixed mashing of liquid media and soft solids. The product has a novel design and professional process. It is driven by a series motor, equipped with a high and low speed governor, and is equipped with a Glass mashing bottle with good transparency and a stainless steel mashing knife shaft that is easy to disassemble and assemble.

Principle
The device drives the stainless steel mashing cutter shaft to swirl/spin at high speed by driving the motor to shear, Impact and stir the liquid medium and soft solid samples placed in the reinforced Glass mashing bottle, so as to achieve the purpose of mixing and mashing. The user can control the Rotation speed of the cutter shaft through the governor to adapt to different experimental needs.

Steps
1. Ensure that the Power supply voltage of the equipment is AC 220V and the environment meets the requirements (Temperature ≤ 40 ℃, Humidity ≤ 80%).
2. Place the sample to be processed in a reinforced Glass mash bottle.
3. Install the stainless steel mashing cutter shaft through the coupling and ensure that the connection is stable.
4. Turn on the power supply and select the high-speed or low-speed gear through the governor according to the experimental requirements.
5. Start the device for mashing, and note that the device Duty Cycle is intermittent (S2~ 5 minutes).
6. After the treatment is completed, turn off the power, disassemble and clean the mashing bottle and knife shaft.

• Power supply voltage is AC 220V. Frequency matching.
• Equipment Duty Cycle is intermittent (S2~ 5 minutes) to avoid continuous operation for a long time.
• Ambient Temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C and relative humidity shall not exceed 80%.
• The mashing bottle is made of reinforced Glass, and the stainless steel cutter shaft is made of SS 304. Please use and clean it carefully to avoid damage.
Processing capacity of the equipment is 500ml, do not overuse.
• The torque of the equipment is large, please ensure that it is placed firmly.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble core components such as motors.
