Overview
ZTT-201A type protruding road sign measurement instrument is a professional measuring instrument produced by Tiandi Spark brand, which is mainly used for the measurement of the main performance index of protruding road signs - luminous intensity coefficient. The instrument is suitable for photometry laboratories, testing centers, traffic management departments and highway construction sites, and is also suitable for mass inspection of products by protruding road sign manufacturers. Measured objects are rectangular protruding road signs.

Principle
The instrument is based on the principle of inverse reflection to measure the luminous intensity coefficient of the protruding road signs. By adjusting the observation angle and the incident angle, the measured sample is irradiated with Illuminant that meets the CIE standard. The detector receives the reflected light signal and converts it into an electrical signal. Finally, the luminous intensity coefficient value is displayed on the digital display table.

Steps
1. Charging: Dial the transfer switch to the charging position, connect the charger to the AC power supply, insert it into the charging jack, and the indicator light changes from red to green to indicate that the charging is complete.
2. Zero adjustment: do not place the sample, the host is aligned with the baseplate positioning block, the transfer switch is dialed to the Measuring location, press the display switch and measurement switch, and adjust the zero knob to make the display zero
3. Instrument calibrate: place the calibrate block, adjust the incident angle to 0 °, the observation angle is 0.2 °, press the measurement switch to preheat the reading, adjust the calibrate knob to make the display value consistent with the given value of the calibrate block
4. Indoor sample measurement: place the test sample, adjust the required incident angle and observation angle, press the measurement switch to preheat and read the luminous intensity coefficient value, turn off the switch after the measurement is completed
5. Outdoor on-site measurement: Use the Cube hole blackboard, insert the road sign to be measured, place the host on the blackboard, adjust the observation angle to 0.2 °, press the measurement switch to read the value, and the steps are the same when measuring Miscellaneous conditions
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is fully charged before measurement
• Do not place the test sample when adjusting to zero
• The host placement needs to be aligned with the baseplate positioning block
• Preheat for 1-2 minutes before measurement until the reading is stable
• Outdoor measurement requires the corresponding Cube hole blackboard
• Turn off the display switch and transfer switch in time after the measurement is completed
