Principle
The ZTT-910 reflective film adhesion tester is mainly composed of steel hammer, steel hammer hook, reflective film paste plate, base and support rod. The free end of the reflective film is suspended by the steel hammer to measure the hanging time of the steel hammer and the degree of disbonding of the reflective film, and the adhesion of the reflective film is judged according to the standard.

Steps
1. Cut the 150mm * 25mm reflective film, tear off the 100mm long anti-stick paper from one end, according to the Manufacturer's instruction manual, paste it on the aluminum alloy plate with a thickness of 2.5mm, a length of 200mm and a width of 50mm, and support the adhesive performance specimen.
The specimens were placed under standard test conditions for 24 hours.
3. Hang the sample horizontally, the reflective film faces down, and the free end of the reflective film hangs the standard weight to make it sagging at an angle with the sample.
4. After stabilization, use the stopwatch to measure the hanging time of the steel hammer and the sticking condition of the reflective film, and record the Measurement time data.
After 5.5min, the degree of disbonding of the reflective film was measured L.
6. Evaluate the adhesion of the reflective film according to the standard.
Notice
• Ensure that the specimen is placed under standard test conditions for 24 hours
• The sample needs to be hung horizontally with the reflective film facing down
• The free end of the reflective film needs to hang the standard weight to make it sagging at an angle with the sample
• Use stopwatch after stabilization before measurement
