Principle
By the reflective film sample in the longitudinal direction about a particular diameter of the round bar is bent in half, and then released to check the surface change of the sample, to determine the bending resistance of the reflective film performance.

Steps
1. Cut 230mm × 70mm reflective film sample
2. Within 1s, fold the sample anti-stick paper inward and bend it in half along the length direction around a round rod with a diameter of 3.20mm +/- 0.05mm.
3. If necessary, an appropriate amount of tale powder can be sprinkled on the surface of the sample adhesive for testing
4. Release the specimen and check its surface for changes
Notice
• The size of the cut sample is 230mm × 70mm
• The bending operation needs to be completed within 1s
• Sample anti-stick paper should face inward
• The diameter of the round rod is 3.20mm +/- 0.05mm
• Appropriate amount of tale powder can be sprinkled on the surface of the adhesive
• The bracket spacing is 220 +/- 5mm
