Principle
ZTT-950A marking thickness tester is mainly composed of digital High Accuracy meter head and thickness measuring mechanism. Through the measurement head contacting the marking surface, the meter shows the reading is the marking thickness.

Steps
1. Preparation: Place the measurement instrument on a flat surface, press the power button, and the instrument displays the number.
2. Display reading reset: clear the digital High Accuracy dial head display.
3. measurement: the measurement base is placed on the asphalt, the measurement head is located above the measured marking line, press the measurement head, the instrument display reading is the thickness of the marking line, in order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, it is recommended to take three points of repeability measurement to obtain the average value, the value is the thickness of the marking line.
Notice
• Precision of the measurement results, the zero value of the marking thickness measurement instrument should be adjusted as much as possible before measurement.
• To ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, the surface of the marking measurement area should be cleaned.
• Pay attention to prevent the instrument from falling during the measurement process to avoid damage to the instrument.
• When there is no measurement task for a long time, the battery of the digital High Accuracy dial meter should be removed to extend its service life.
Accessories should be stored in a drying, clean, vibration-free, flammable and corrosion-free environment.
