Overview
ZTT-970 communication pipeline Static COF measurement instrument is designed and produced by Tiandi Spark brand for the measurement of Static COF on the inner wall of communication pipes in production, mass supervision, engineering construction and supervision. Principle
The instrument adjusts the angle of the installation base of the communication pipe through the angle adjustment mechanism (threaded transmission mechanism, bearing support, screw, corrugated wheel and connecting rod). When the angle reaches a critical value, the test rod starts to move. By measuring the critical angle and converting it into a positive function value, the Static COF of the inner wall of the communication pipe can be obtained.

Steps
1. Preparation: adjust the bolt of the base to make the bottom surface horizontal, and adjust the level of the communication tube to be tested installation base and its baseplate
2. Angle calibration: Install the communication tube to be calibrated in its installation base and lock it with a fixed card, put the standard rod into the upper end of the communication tube and leave 20 mm inside and outside, turn the waveform wheel slowly clockwise to make the movable end of the installation baseplate Slowly raise the bar to move, convert the reading into a positive function value and compare it with the calibration certificate value
3. Test: installation and adjustment steps and requirements are the same as the calibration procedure, a tested tube should be 45 ° or 90 ° for a measurement direction, repeability measurement 9 times, record measurement data and take the arithmetic average as the measurement result
Notice
• Adjust the base bolt so that the bottom surface is level
• According to experience, it is also possible to have an angle of less than 5 °
• Slowly turn the waveform wheel clockwise to slowly raise the movable end of the baseplate installation
• The value is within the allowable range, otherwise adjust the slope gauge to keep it consistent
