Overview
Portable coatings adhesion measurement device, KS-M Adhesion Tester, can measure the adhesion of metal, paints, spray, Water proofer, Adhesive, chrome, nickel, concrete and other materials coatings. The instrument detaches the tested coating through the hydraulic system to measure adhesion, and displays the results visually on the multi-function digital display screen in MPa or KN units, reducing human observation errors, stable and reliable performance.

Principle
The working principle of the instrument is to use the built-in hydraulic system to apply vertical tension to a coating of a specific diameter (achieved by kit) adhered to the surface of the tested substrate until the coating is pulled off. During this process, the instrument uses a High Accuracy pressure sensor to measure the force required for pulling off, which is automatically calculated by the internal system according to the selected kit size, and finally displayed visually on the digital display in the form of adhesion strength (MPa or KN).

Steps
Select the appropriate kit size (e.g. 10mm, 14mm, 20mm, 50mm) according to the test requirements.
2. Install the kit correctly and adhere (or fix) to the coating surface to be tested.
3. Select the corresponding kit size and the required force value unit (MPa or KN) by pressing the button.
4. Manually operate the hydraulic pump to apply tension to the coating smoothly.
5, observe the LCD screen, until the coating is pulled off, the instrument will automatically record and display peak adhesion.
6. After the test is completed, the instrument can store data (up to 50 pieces) and has an automatic shutdown function.

• Select the kit size that matches the test criteria and requirements.
• Ensure that the kit is firmly bonded and centered to the coating surface to ensure accurate test results.
