Overview
The XH-M Pull-out Adhesion Tester is a Portable handheld instrument from the Tiandi Spark brand for the measurement of adhesion of metal, concrete and Miscellaneous coatings. The instrument uses a hydraulic system to detach a certain diameter coating on the surface of the tested substrate to measure adhesion, and displays the results in MPa or KN units through a multi-function digital display. Its self-positioning feature revolutionizes the adhesion measurement mode, with reliable technology and stable performance.

Principle
The Working Principle of the instrument is to use the hydraulic system to make the coating of a certain diameter on the surface of the tested substrate detach to measure the adhesion of coatings. During the test, the hydraulic pump is driven by the manual pressure handle to make the drawing kit peeling from the coating, and the multi-function digital display shows the size of the adhesion in real time, in MPa or KN.

Steps
1. Prepare the kit, sanding the coating of the pre-sticking kit with a grinding pad, cleaning the oil stains on the surface of the kit and coating with a solvent, and waiting for drying.
2. Open the two-component glue, mix it in a 1:1 ratio, spread it thinly and evenly at the bottom of the drawing kit, press hard on the test surface, squeeze out the excess glue and wipe it off, and wait for the glue to be fully cured for about 24 hours.
3. Pressure relief: The swirl/spin plug on the right side of the instrument is swirl/spin counterclockwise until it cannot be swirl/spin, the pressurized handle is pressed to the bottom, the snap ring is pressed to the bottom, and the pull ring is sleeved on the kit to ensure that it is fastened.
4. Press the first green button at the bottom of the display screen to turn on the power supply, and press the third button to select the pull-out kit size (10, 14, 20, 50 optional).
5. Press the KN/MPa key to select the unit (MPa or KN).
6. Press the switch button to return to zero, turn the right swirl/spin valve clockwise to the bottom, slowly press the handle, the display reading rises from 0.000, control the pressure speed until kit peeling, fixed reading is adhesion strength.
Notice
• The instrument does not have a determine button. When selecting the unit or kit size, as long as what is displayed on the screen is required.
• Judging the adhesion grade is based on the measurement results and the peeling phenomenon at the bottom of the peeling kit. More information can be obtained by observing the peeling phenomenon in the test area.
