The Tiandi Spark XH-M (14mm) pull-out Adhesion Tester is a Portable instrument for the measurement of adhesion of metal, concrete and Miscellaneous coatings. Principle
The instrument uses the hydraulic system to make a certain diameter coating on the surface of the tested substrate to measure coating adhesion. The multi-function digital display screen of the tester shows the size of adhesion in MPa or KN.

Steps
1. Prepare the kit, sanding the coating of the pre-stick kit with a grinding pad, cleaning the oil stains on the surface of the kit and coating with a solvent, and wait for drying.
2. Open the two-component glue, mix it in a 1:1 ratio, spread it thinly and evenly on the bottom end of the drawing kit, press it on the test surface, squeeze out the excess glue and wipe it off, and wait for the glue to cure for about 24 hours before testing (you can use a cutting knife to cut around the kit).
3. Pressure relief: counterclockwise swirl/spin right swirl/spin screw plug until swirl/spin cannot be done, press the pressurized handle to the bottom, press the snap ring to the bottom, and lift the snap ring on the kit to ensure tight fastening.
4. Press the first green button at the bottom of the display screen to turn on the power supply; press the third button to select the kit size (10, 14, 20, 50 optional), the standard configuration is 20mm, and then enter the unit selection.
5. Press the KN/MPa key to select the unit (MPa or KN), and the desired unit can be displayed on the screen.
6. Press the switch button to return to zero, swirl/spin the right swirl/spin valve clockwise to the bottom, slowly press the handle (cycle up and down), the display screen reading rises from 0.000, control the pressure speed to kit peeling, fixed reading is the adhesion strength.
Notice
• The instrument does not have a determine button, and the desired size can be displayed on the screen when selecting the unit or kit size.
• When pressing the handle, in order to obtain accurate results, it is necessary to carefully control the pressing speed, the slower the better.
• When judging the adhesion grade, based on the measurement results and the peeling phenomenon at the bottom of the peeling kit, observe the peeling phenomenon in the test area for more information.
