Overview
Tiandi Spark XH-M (20mm) Pull-out Adhesion Tester is a Portable instrument for the measurement of metal, concrete and Miscellaneous material coating adhesion. The instrument uses a hydraulic system to detach the surface coating of the tested substrate to measure adhesion. The results are displayed in MPa or KN units through a multi-function digital display screen, which has the characteristics of technical reliability and stable performance.

Principle
The instrument uses a hydraulic system to detach a certain diameter coating from the surface of the tested substrate to measure coating adhesion. During the test, the hydraulic pump generates pressure by manual operation to separate the kit from the coating, and the multi-function digital display shows the adhesion size in real time, in MPa or KN.

Steps
1. Prepare the kit, sanding the coating of the pre-stick kit with a grinding pad, cleaning the oil stains on the surface of the kit and coating with a solvent, and wait for drying.
2. Open the two-component glue, mix it in a 1:1 ratio, spread it thinly and evenly on the bottom end of the drawing kit, press hard on the test surface, squeeze out the excess glue and wipe it off, and wait for the glue to cure for about 24 hours. Test (optional cutting knife cuts around the kit).
3. Pressure relief: counterclockwise swirl/spin right swirl/spin screw plug until swirl/spin cannot be done, press the pressurized handle to the bottom, press the snap ring to the bottom, and lift the snap ring on the kit to ensure tight fastening.
4. Press the first green button at the bottom of the display screen to turn on the power supply, and press the third button to select the pull-out kit size (10, 14, 20, 50 optional), the standard configuration is 20mm.
5. Press the KN/MPa key to select the unit, MPa is the common adhesion strength unit.
6. Press the switch button to return to zero, swirl/spin the right swirl/spin valve clockwise to the bottom, slowly press the handle, the display reading rises from 0.000, control the pressure speed to kit peeling, fixed reading is the adhesion strength.
Notice
• The instrument does not have a determine button. When selecting the unit or kit size, the desired can be displayed on the screen.
• When pressing the handle, you need to slowly cycle up and down. After the reading rises, the slower the control speed, the better, to obtain accurate results.
• Judging the adhesion level requires observing the test area for more information based on measurement readings and peeling kit bottom phenomena.
