Overview
XH-V1.5 miniature drawing instrument is a testing instrument independently developed by Beijing Tiandi Spark Technology Development Co., Ltd. It is suitable for detecting the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors. It can also be used for on-site pull-out force testing (test) of Glass curtain walls. It is the preferred testing instrument for various Quality control and construction units.
Features
1. It is composed of manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage hose with quick connector, anchor, tie rod, adapter and portable case, with complete structure.
2. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are designed with hollow self-reset and digital display, which can directly read the force value (KN).
3. The digital pressure gauge has peak hold, storage, clearing, backlight, query and automatic shutdown functions.

Principle
The XH-V1.5 miniature drawing instrument provides hydraulic power through a manual pump, drives the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension, and acts on the anchor to detect the pull-out force. The digital pressure gauge displays the force value in real time, and has Data storage and query functions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the detection process.

Steps
1. Connect components such as manual pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and digital pressure gauges.
2. Install the anchors and tie rods on the anchors to be tested.
3. Start the manual pump and apply hydraulic pressure for the pull test.
4. Read and record the force value data through the digital pressure gauge.
5. After the test is completed, use the reset and storage functions to process the data.
Notice
• Make sure all components are firmly connected before operation.
• Pay attention to observe the reading of the digital pressure gauge during the test to avoid overloading.
• Regularly check the hydraulic system and battery power to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
