Overview
XH-1T/2T/3T bolt tension meter (drawing instrument) is suitable for the detection of the anchoring force of anchors, anchor cables, steel bars, anchors and other anchors. It is one of the instruments required for mass inspection of anchor construction support engineering. The tension meter is composed of manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge and high voltage hose. The pump body is made of precision cast steel and has a long service life. The hydraulic cylinder is hollow self-reset type, with a lift and connected through a quick connector. The digital pressure gauge reading can directly read the bolt tension value. The structure is compact, easy to carry, small size and light weight. The tension gauge hand pump can also be used as a power source for general small Flow rate high voltage oil.
Features
1. Applicable to a variety of anchorage physical examination; 2. The pump body is made of precision cast steel and has a long service life; 3. The hydraulic cylinder is a hollow self-reset type with a lift and a quick connector; 4. The digital pressure gauge reading is intuitive and can directly read the bolt tension value; 5. Compact structure, easy to carry, small size and light weight; 6. Manual pump can be used as a power source for general small Flow rate high voltage oil.
Principle
The Working Principle of the bolt tension gauge is: when the center hole of the jack covers the rod to be tested, select a suitable fixture to clamp the part of the rod to be tested that exposes the center hole; under the action of the hydraulic force of the pressure pump, the oil pressure is transmitted to the jack cylinder through YouTube, and the piston rod moves outward against the special collet; the pressure acts directly on the anchor shell, and then is transmitted to the clip. After the clip is stressed, the measured rod is clamped, and finally the rod is subjected to an outward pulling force; at this time, the pressure gauge on the pressure pump shows the corresponding force (kN) value, which reflects the size of the pulling force on the tested rod. If the bar is a steel bar, the size of the anchoring force on the steel bar can be measured. After the test is completed, the anchorage needs to be removed manually by shaking and vibrating with less force, so that the pulling jack can be easily removed.
Steps
1. Cover the center hole of the jack with the tested rod; 2. Select a suitable fixture to clamp the part of the tested rod exposed to the center hole; 3. Operate the pressure pump to apply hydraulic force; 4. Observe the force value displayed by the pressure gauge; 5. After the test is completed, remove the anchor by manually shaking and vibrating with less force; 6. Remove the jack for pulling.
Notice
• After the test is completed, the anchor needs to be removed manually by shaking and vibrating with less force; • Ensure that the power supply of the pressure gauge (9V battery) is normal; • Note that the indication error of the pressure gauge does not exceed +/- 2% F.S; • Check whether the connection of each component is firm before use.
