Overview
XH-2T bolt tension meter (pullout instrument) is a Tiandi Spark brand product, which is suitable for the detection of the anchoring force of anchors, anchor cables, steel bars, anchors and other anchors. It is one of the instruments required for mass inspection of anchor construction support projects. The tension meter is composed of manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge and high voltage rubber pipe. The pump body is made of precision cast steel, with long service life, compact structure, convenient portability, small volume and light weight. The tension meter manual pump can also be used as a power source for general-purpose small Flow rate high voltage oil.

Principle
The Working Principle of the bolt tension gauge is: when the center hole of the jack covers the rod to be tested, select a suitable fixture to clamp the part of the rod to be tested that is exposed to the center hole; under the action of the hydraulic force of the pressure pump, the oil pressure is transmitted to the jack cylinder through YouTube, and the piston rod moves outward against the special collet; the pressure acts directly on the anchor shell, and then is transmitted to the clip. After the clip is stressed, the measured rod is clamped, and finally the rod is subjected to an outward pulling force; at this time, the pressure gauge on the pressure pump shows the corresponding force (kN) value, which reflects the size of the pulling force on the measured rod. If the bar is a steel bar, the magnitude of the anchoring force on the steel bar can be measured.
Steps
1. The center hole of the jack covers the rod under test
2. Select a suitable fixture to clamp the part of the tested rod that is exposed to the center hole
3. Operate the pressure pump to apply hydraulic force
4. Read the force (kN) value displayed by the pressure gauge
5. After the test is completed, remove the anchor manually with less force shaking and vibration

Notice
• After the drawing instrument completes the test, it needs to manually remove the anchor with less force shaking and vibration, so that the pulling jack can be easily removed
• Make sure the pressure gauge has sufficient power supply before use (1 9V battery)
• Measurement range of pressure gauge is 0~ 20KN to avoid over-range use
• Regularly check the indication error of the pressure gauge to ensure that it does not exceed +/- 2% F.S
