Overview
HZS-P contact belt tension meter is a product of HBO brand, which is used to detect the static tension of various belts such as timing belts, V-belts, toothed belts, and power transmission belts on machinery and equipment or engines. It can also be used for the measurement of tension data detection and adjustment of ribbon, silk, linear, mesh and wide objects.
Features
1. The belt tension meter can be used to measure and adjust the belt tension of motors and other machinery, and can be displayed in four different units.
2. It uses a special microcomputer circuit and a quartz time base to make the measurement results more accurate.
3. During the measurement and adjustment of the tension meter, the tension of the belt is displayed on the instrument in real time, and there are indicator lights and different sounds to give whether the tension is within or outside the set value. When the user adjusts the tension of the belt, it provides convenience. There is no need to stare at the display value of the instrument at all times.
4. This instrument can automatically store the upper and lower limits of belt tension, Measurement unit and correction results, even if the battery is shut down or removed, the data will not be lost.
5. Use "USB data cable output" and "RS-232 data cable output" to communicate with PC.
6. Provide Bluetooth data output selection.
Principle
The instrument detects the static tension of the belt through the contact measurement head, uses a special microcomputer circuit and a quartz time base for data processing, displays the tension value in real time, and prompts whether the tension is within the set range through indicator lights and sounds.

Steps
1. Contact the measurement head with the belt for detection.
2. Observe the tension value displayed by the instrument in real time.
3. Adjust the belt tension according to the indicator light and sound prompt.
4. Use USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth to communicate with the PC to transfer data.
Notice
The width of the belt to be tested should be less than or equal to 50mm, and the thickness should be less than or equal to 10mm.
* Operating temperature range is 0 ℃ -40 ℃.
* Storage Temperature range is -20 ℃ -70 ℃.
* The relative humidity should be kept at 15% -80%.
* The working environment should be free of vibration and corrosion.
