XINGYUN XY2000J Hydrostatic Balance is a professional device for the measurement of density and volume of solid samples. It is a combination of High Accuracy Electronic Balance and hydrostatic devices, suitable for density testing of samples in the highway, Spinning & weaving industries.

Principle
The product is designed based on the principle of hydrostatics. Electronic Balance measurement of the weight difference of the sample in the air neutralized completely immersed in the liquid (such as water), combined with the Archimedes principle, calculates the density and volume of the sample.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable table and adjust it to a horizontal state through the horizontal indicator.
2. Connect the power supply and turn it on to warm up.
3. External calibrating as required.
4. Place the sample to be tested on a pan and record its weight in air.
5. The sample is completely immersed in the water tank of the hydrostatic device to ensure that no bubbles adhere and record its weight in the water.
6. Balance will automatically calculate and display the density and volume of the sample based on the two weighing data.
Notice
• Make sure the Balance is placed horizontally and stable before use.
• Please operate at the Operating Environment Temperature (5-25 ℃) specified for this product.
• Avoid overload use and pay attention to overload alarm prompts.
• When the sample is immersed in the liquid, ensure that it is completely immersed and free of bubbles to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Balance is regularly externally calibrated to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• During cleaning and maintenance, please disconnect the power supply and avoid liquids from entering the instrument.
