XINGYUN XY5000J Hydrostatic Balance is a precision instrument for density and volume measurement of solid samples. It adopts hydrostatic design and is composed of a combination of Electronic Balance and hydrostatic devices. It is suitable for density testing of samples in the highway, Spinning & weaving industries.

Principle
Hydrostatic Balance is based on the Archimedes principle and calculates density and volume by measuring the difference in weight of a solid sample in air-neutralized water. Electronic Balance is combined with a hydrostatic device to ensure weighing accuracy and Stability using a High Accuracy Sensor.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on the horizontal table and adjust the horizontal indicator
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the Balance.
3. Adjustment to calibrate
4. Place the sample on the pan for weight measurement
5. Immerse the sample in the water tank for weight measurement
6. Balance automatically calculates and displays density values
7. Data can be output through RS232C interface or optional printer

• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5-25 ℃
• Avoid using more than 5100g range to prevent overload
• Make sure the instrument is placed horizontally before use
• Periodic external calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy
• The sink should be cleaned and maintained in time after use
• Avoid use in humid or vibrating environments
