Overview
Halogen fast moisture meter is a new type of fast moisture detection instrument. Its annular halogen heater ensures that the sample is uniformly heated during the high temperature test process, so that the surface of the sample is not easily damaged, and it dries quickly. During the drying process, the moisture meter continuously measures and displays the lost Moisture content% of the sample immediately. After the drying procedure is completed, the final measured Moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the international oven heating method, its detection result has good conformity and is fungible, and the detection efficiency is much higher than that of the oven method. Generally, the sample can be measured in only 4-5 minutes. The instrument is easy to operate, accurate in testing, and the display part is equipped with a large LCD screen. The display value is clearly visible, and data such as moisture value, sample initial value, final value, measurement time, temperature initial value, and temperature final value can be displayed respectively. It also has the function of connecting with a computer and a printer.

Principle

1. Set temperature and time parameters
