Overview
XINGYUN JA203SD Spinning & weaving Balance is a High Accuracy Electronic Balance designed for the Spinning & weaving industry. It features a special fine cast aluminum shell, an oversized LCD backlit display and a five-button Operating interface. It supports a variety of Spinning & weaving unit conversion and data management functions for yarn, fiber and fabric testing.

Principle
Spinning & weaving Balance uses electronic Sensors to accurately measure sample weight, combined with built-in algorithms to achieve unit conversion and data statistics, and uses Draft Shield to reduce environment interference to ensure weighing accuracy and Stability.
Steps
1. Turn on the Balance power supply and check the level indicator to ensure the level of the device
2. Use external test weight to calibrate
3. Set time, date, yarn blend code and sample length parameters
4. Place sample on pan and wait for stable reading
5. Select the desired Spinning & weaving unit to convert
6. Operating interface to record or delete data
7. Connect the printer to output statistical results
