XINGYUN JA203M density Balance is a High Accuracy density testing instrument that can test the density of solid, liquid, powder and Water Absorbency samples and supports the determination of gold K value. The product is made of precision cast aluminum and has anti-static and anti-interference capabilities. It is suitable for laboratory and industrial environments.

Principle
Density Balance measures the weight of the sample in air and water through the built-in High Accuracy Sensor, and automatically calculates and displays the density value directly using the built-in calculation program without manual conversion.

Laboratory, industrial testing, material analysis, jewelry appraisal
Steps
1. Place the Balance horizontally and adjust it using the level indicator
2. Preheat the machine and calibrate (using 200g test weight)
3. Select the test mode (solid, liquid, powder, or absorbent sample)
4. Place samples in a pan or tray
5. Read the density value on the LCD display
6. Data can be transmitted by connecting external devices through RS232 serial port

• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept within 5-25 ℃
• Avoid overload use and pay attention to overload alarm prompts
• Regularly calibrate with test weight to ensure accuracy
• Keep pans and pallets clean to avoid affecting measurement results
• Accessories (solid, liquid, powder optional) need to be configured and used according to test requirements
