BCT-200B is a high-end Portable Coating thickness gauge independently developed by PORUIKE, which can quickly, non-destructive and precise measurement of coating and platings thickness. It has the advantages of wide Measurement range, fast speed and high accuracy, and can be used in both laboratories and engineering sites. Using magnetic and eddy current thickness measurement methods, the thickness of the nonmagnetic coating layer on the magnetic metal substrate and the nonconductive coating layer on the nonmagnetic metal substrate can be measured. 10 types of probes can be used (F400, F1, F1/90 °, F5, F10, N400, N1, N1/90 °, CN02, N10). 3. Measurement mode of continuous measurement and single measurement. 4. It has two working modes: direct mode and group mode. 5. There are five statistics: Average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Number of Tests, and Standard Deviation. 6. BCT-200B Coating thickness gauge adopts magnetic Induction and eddy Current Measurement principles. For the nonmagnetic overlay on the magnetic metal substrate, the magnetic Induction principle is used for measurement; for the nonconductive overlay on the nonmagnetic metal substrate, the eddy Current principle is used for measurement, so as to achieve fast and nondestructive thickness measurement.

1. Select the appropriate probe according to the measurement substrate (magnetic or nonmagnetic) and install it. 2. Power on, select Measurement mode (continuous measurement CONTINUE or single measurement SINGLE) and working mode (direct mode DIRECT or group mode A-B) as needed. 3. To calibrate the instrument, zero-point calibrating or two-point calibration method can be used, and if necessary, the basic calibrating method can be used to correct the system error of the probe. 4. Vertically and smoothly contact the probe with the coating surface for measurement. 5. View the measurement results, the instrument can display a single Measured value or statistics (Average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Number of tests, Standard Deviation). 6. The measurement limit can be set, and the excess value will automatically alarm. 7. The measurement data can be stored or transferred to the PC via USB interface for management analysis. 8. After the measurement is completed, you can choose to shut down manually or wait for automatic shutdown.
