Overview
The SUNDOO LP-5710 percentile thickness gauge is a percentile thickness gauge designed with a horizontal base, which can prevent measurement on the water platform surface. The measurement is stable and reliable. The instrument can immediately obtain the measurement data by placing the test sample into the opening and pressing the hand. Measurement range is 0~ 10mm, Graduation is 0.01mm.
Features
1. Designed with a horizontal base, it can be firmly placed on the horizontal table for measurement.
2. Easy to operate, put the sample into the opening, and press your hands to quickly read.
3. Reliable measurement results.
4. Using Dial reading display, Graduation fine, 0.01mm.
Principle
The LP-5710 percentile thickness gauge makes measurements using a mechanical lever and dial structure. The test sample is placed in the measurement opening, the hand is pressed down to bring the measurement head into contact with the sample, and the internal mechanical transmission converts the thickness change into a swirl/spin displacement of the dial pointer, thus reading the thickness value directly on the dial.
Applications
It is suitable for the occasion where the thickness of sheet, plate, fabric, leather, plastic and other materials needs to be measured.
Standards
No specific compliance criteria were mentioned in the data.
Steps
1. Place the thickness gauge smoothly on the horizontal table.
2. Lift the measurement head and put the sample to be tested into the measurement opening.
3. Press your hands down slowly to make the measurement head in full contact with the sample.
4. Keep it stable and read the thickness value indicated by the dial indicator pointer.
Notice
• Please make sure that the thickness gauge base and measurement table are clean and level before use.
• During measurement, ensure that the sample is placed in the measurement opening evenly and avoid tilting.
• Press the hand down smoothly and slowly to avoid Impact measurement head.
When reading values, the line of sight should be perpendicular to the dial to reduce parallax.
• Regularly clean and maintain instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Do not use beyond the range. Measurement range is 0~ 10mm.
