The BC-110 Portable Roughness Gauge is based on the working principle of the needle tracing method. The instrument uses the High Accuracy Piezoelectric Crystal Sensor (stylus) to move on the surface to be tested, converting the microscopic unevenness of the surface into an electrical signal. The signal is professionally digitalized and calculated via the built-in high-speed DSP processor, and finally the surface asperity parameters are displayed in the form of numerical values (such as Ra, Rz, Rq, Rt) and graphics on the OLED display.

Open the Sensor probe protection door and place the instrument probe smoothly and vertically on the surface of the workpiece to be tested. 5. Start the measurement, and the instrument stylus will automatically cross the sampling length for detection. 6.
