Overview
CJE series miniature magnetic yoke Flaw detector is a lightweight miniature magnetic particle flaw detection equipment that uses magnetic yoke to magnetize workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials. It can magnetize various parts and is suitable for oil fields, shipbuilding, internal combustion engine parts, coal mines, machinery, standard parts, oil pump nozzles, other parts of automobiles, bridges, boiler Pressure Vessel, railways and other industry products. Surface and near-surface defects caused by forging, quenching, welding, fatigue, etc., such as chain rods, crankshafts, bearings, high-strength bolts, springs, forgings, valves, blades, gears, rolls and welds. The instrument does not require Miscellaneous equipment, and is easy to operate and portable, so it is widely used.
Features

Principle
This product is Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment, which uses a magnetic yoke to magnetize workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials to detect surface and near-surface defects caused by forging, quenching, welding, fatigue, etc.
Applications
Aircraft manufacturing, boiler Pressure Vessel, electric power, oil field, shipbuilding, steam turbine and internal combustion engine parts, coal mine, machinery, standard parts, oil pump nozzles, automotive parts, bridge building, chemical industry, railway, large machinery parts, steel structure equipment and other industry products; surface and near-surface defects caused by forging, quenching, welding, fatigue, etc., such as chain rods, crankshafts, bearings, high-strength bolts, springs, forgings, petrochemical pipe fittings, valves, blades, gears, anchor chains and welds and other geometric complex workpieces.
Steps
A: DC flaw detection (used in CJE - 12/220, CJE - 12 Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment)
1) Connect the plug of the Probe cable to the battery plug. At this time, the red light on the plug of the Probe cable is on, and the battery will supply power to the Probe.
2) When testing, place the open surface of the Probe joint on the workpiece to be inspected and maintain good contact.
3) Press the Probe switch, while spraying magnetic particles or magnetic suspension to the inspected area, and keep it for 2~ 3s.
4) Release the Probe switch, remove the Probe, and observe the workpiece.
5) Probe to another inspection area, repeability 3, 4 jobs.
B: AC Flaw Detection (for CJE-12/220, CJE-220 Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment)
1) Insert the power input plug into the socket that requires a ground wire to ensure good contact with the ground wire.
2) When testing, refer to DC testing articles 3, 4, and 5.
Notice
- When charging, the charger Light Emitting Diode emits a red light, indicating that the battery is in a "fast charge" state. When the light-emitting tube turns to green light, the battery reaches more than 14 volts at this time. If the battery is charged after not consuming much, it may start to turn from red to green after a period of charging, and it is in a "slow charge" state. Enter the slow charge charger to continue charging the battery, but the total Charging time should not exceed 15 hours.
The battery is the power supply of the Probe. After starting to work, due to the continuous discharge of the battery, when the voltage is low, the lifting force decreases significantly (after 6 hours), and the battery needs to be charged.
- Operating Conditions: Ambient Temperature: Operating Temperature -10 ℃~ + 40 ℃; Storage Temperature: -20 ℃~ + 70 ℃; relative humidity: ≤ 80%; no strong vibration, no strong magnetic field, no corrosion medium and serious dust in the surrounding environment.
