Overview
CJE-12 Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment is a miniature yoke Flaw detector from the PORUIKE brand. The device uses a yoke to magnetize ferromagnetic workpieces. It is a lightweight Portable flaw detection device suitable for detecting surface and near-surface defects caused by forging, quenching, welding, fatigue, etc. It does not require a Miscellaneous instrument, is easy to operate, easy to carry, and is widely used in many industrial fields.
Features
1. Portable and miniature design, easy to operate.
2. Support DC (battery) and AC (220V) power supply flaw detection modes (specific models support different modes).
3. Equipped with a rechargeable battery, the battery life can reach more than 6 hours.
4. The lifting force meets the requirements (DC lifting force > 25kg).
5. Suitable for flaw detection of workpieces with complex geometric shapes.
Principle
The instrument belongs to the magnetic yoke flaw detection equipment. Its Working Principle is to use the magnetic yoke to magnetize the workpiece made of ferromagnetic material. When there is a defect on the surface or near the surface of the workpiece, a leakage magnetic field will be formed at the defect, and the magnetic particles or magnetic suspension sprayed will be adsorbed to show the location and shape of the defect.
Applications
Aircraft Manufacturing, Boiler Pressure Vessel, Electric Power, Oil Field, Shipbuilding, Steam Turbine and Internal Combustion Engine Parts, Coal Mine, Machinery, Standard Parts, Oil Pump Nozzle, Automobile Parts, Bridge Building, Chemical Industry, Railway, Large Machinery Parts, Steel Structure Equipment
Steps
1. Charging steps (suitable for CJE-12 and other models):
1. Connect the~ 220V power supply to the charger, and connect the charger with the battery case plug.
2. When charging, the charger Light Emitting Diode emits a red light to indicate "fast charge", and when it turns to green light, it indicates "slow charge". The total Charging time does not exceed 15 hours.
DC flaw detection steps (applicable to CJE-12/220, CJE-12):
1. Connect the plug of the Probe cable to the battery plug, and the red light on the plug of the Probe cable is on.
2. Place the Probe joint open surface on the workpiece to be inspected and maintain good contact.
3. Press the Probe switch and spray magnetic particles or magnetic suspension into the inspected area for 2 to 3 seconds.
4. Release the Probe switch, remove the Probe, and observe the workpiece.
5. Probe moved to another inspection area, repeability of the above spraying, magnetization, observation steps.
III. AC flaw detection steps (applicable to CJE-12/220, CJE-220):
1. Insert the power input plug into the socket with the ground wire to ensure good contact with the ground wire.
2. The flaw detection operation refers to paragraphs 2 to 5 of the DC flaw detection procedure.
Notice
• When charging, if the battery consumption is not much, it may enter the "slow charge" state at the beginning, and the total Charging time should not exceed 15 hours.
• After the battery is continuously discharged for about 6 hours, the lifting force will decrease significantly, and it needs to be charged in time.
• When conducting AC flaw detection, a socket with a ground wire must be used to ensure good contact with the ground wire.
Equipment should be operated and stored under Ambient Temperature -10 ℃~ + 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Equipment should be avoided in the surrounding environment with strong vibration, strong magnetic field, corrosion medium and serious dust occasions.
• When working, follow the recommended interval time (e.g. 2 minutes on, 2 minutes off).
