PORUIKE HL200 is a metal shell Portable Leeb hardness tester (reinforced type), using the Richter Hardness Measurement principle, suitable for steel, cast steel, alloy tool steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, cast aluminum alloy, copper zinc alloy (brass), copper tin alloy (bronze), pure copper, forged steel and other materials Hardness measurement. The instrument adopts a streamlined ergonomic design, equipped with a standard bracket and a large screen OLED 128 × 64 point array display. The information is intuitive, easy to operate and read, especially suitable for out-of-home Hardness detection. It is cost-effective.
1. According to the Richter Hardness Principle, High Accuracy Testing can be carried out on a variety of metal materials. 2. Support "forged steel (Steel) " material, and the HB value can be directly read when testing with D/DC type Impact device, without manual table checking. 3. Easy to switch to all Hardness formats (HL, HB, HRB, HRA, HRC, HV, HS), and can convert each Hardness measurement value in parallel. 4. Adopt large screen 128 × 64 graphic point matrix LCD, rich and intuitive information. 5. Full Chinese display, menu operation, simple and convenient operation. 6. With high-brightness backlight display, it is convenient to use in the gray environment of light rays. 7. Equipped with RS232 communication interface, it can easily and quickly exchange data with PC and set parameters. 8. One main engine can be equipped with 7 different impact devices, automatically identifying the type of impact device, and no need to re-calibrate when replacing. 9. It can store up to 600 sets (Impact times 32~ 1) Hardness measurement data, each set of data includes single Measured value, average value, measurement date, Impact direction, number of times, material, Hardness system and other information. 10. The upper and lower limits of Hardness value can be preset, and the automatic alarm beyond the range is convenient for batch testing. 11. Fully sealed shell, small, portable, Reliability, suitable for harsh operating environment, anti-vibration, Impact and electromagnetic interference. 12. The power supply adopts 2 AA (No. 5) ordinary alkaline batteries, which have power-saving functions such as automatic sleep and automatic shutdown. 13. The LCD screen has a remaining power indicator icon, prompting the user to replace the battery in time. 14. Adjustment of indication software.
The HL200 Leeb hardness tester works according to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle. It ejects the Impact body onto the surface of the measured material through the Impact device, and measures the ratio of the rebound velocity of the Impact body at 1mm from the surface of the sample to the Impact velocity. This ratio is defined as the Richter Hardness value. The internal processor of the instrument converts this value into a variety of commonly used Hardness standards (such as HL, HB, HRC, etc.) and displays it.
Machining industry, installed machinery or permanent assembly parts Hardness testing, mold cavity Hardness testing, heavy workpiece Hardness testing, failure analysis of Pressure Vessel and turbo-generator sets and other equipment, workpiece Hardness testing in small experimental space, bearings and other parts Hardness testing, material differentiation in metal material warehouses, rapid detection of large workpieces in a wide range of multiple measurement sites

1. Select the appropriate Impact device according to the tested material and install it on the main engine. 2. When turned on, the instrument automatically recognizes the type of Impact device. 3. Set the material type under test and the required Hardness standard. 4. Press the Impact device vertically (or in the specified direction) on the surface of the workpiece to be tested. 5. Press the Impact button to complete a measurement. 6. Read the Hardness value displayed on the screen. 7. Multiple measurements can be made and averages can be viewed. 8. The measurement data can be stored or transferred to the computer through the RS232 interface.
• Operating temperature range is -10 ℃~ + 55 ℃, storage temperature is -20 ℃~ + 75 ℃, relative humidity should be ≤ 90%. • It should be used in the surrounding environment without strong vibration, no strong magnetic field, no corrosion medium and serious dust. • Make sure that the Impact device fits tightly and vertically (or in the specified direction) to the measured surface during measurement. For specific materials (e.g. forged steel), a corresponding impact device (e.g. D/DC type) is required to obtain a direct reading. • Pay attention to the power indicator on the LCD screen and replace the battery in time to ensure the Measurement accuracy. • Instrument with indication software Adjustment, it is recommended to calibrate regularly to ensure measurement accuracy. • When setting the upper and lower limits of the Hardness value, it should be set reasonably according to the expected Hardness range of the tested material. • When replacing the Impact unit, there is no need to re-calibrate, but make sure it is installed in place and correctly recognized by the host.
[A] No, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others.
