W-B75 series Webster Hardness Tester is a small Portable instrument based on the mechanical press-in Measurement principle, suitable for fast and easy measurement of copper alloy Hardness, especially for other instruments can not or inconvenient measurement of the shape. Principle
The hardness gauge is based on the Measurement principle of mechanical press-in, formed by the crimping needle on the surface of the material, the measurement of the Wechsler Hardness value of the material according to the depth of the crimson or related mechanical structure indication.

Steps
1. Manual full scale calibrating.
2. Aim the instrument crimp at the surface of the material to be tested.
3. Manually apply measurement force for measurement.
4. Read Hardness value through Mechanical Display mode.
Notice
* The instrument should be used in a clean, vibration-free environment.
* There should be no corrosion medium around.
Universal type (W-B75) is suitable for testing profiles, plates with a thickness of less than 6mm, and pipes with an inner diameter of more than 10mm.
* Thick material type (W-B75a) is suitable for profiles, plates and pipes with an inner diameter of φ 10mm or more with a thickness of 13mm or less.
* The thin tube type (W-B75b) is suitable for profiles, plates and pipes with an inner diameter of up to 6mm and a thickness of less than 8mm.
* The measurement material is copper alloy.
* Measurement range is 5~ 18HW.
