Overview
XH-40 multifunctional strength tester is a small hydraulic force measuring device of Tiandi Spark brand, which is mainly used for inspection of the bonding strength of building engineering veneer bricks, mosaics and walls or floors, as well as concrete strength. The instrument integrates a piercing jack, a hand pump, a triangular chassis and an intelligent force measuring device, and has the characteristics of one-machine dual-use, compact structure and convenient operation.

Principle
The instrument manually rotates the rocker to push the piston in the hand pump to press the hydraulic oil into the system. The hydraulic oil acts on the pressure sensor one way, and the other way enters the piercing jack to push the piston up. When detecting the bonding strength of the veneer brick, the piston drives the tie rod to apply tension to the veneer brick with the standard block. When the veneer brick disbonds, the oil pressure decreases rapidly, and the intelligent force measuring device records and displays the maximum oil pressure value (ie, peak tension) through the Sensor. When detecting the strength of concrete, the strength is calculated by measuring the force required to pull out the anchor body pre-placed in the concrete based on the principle of the post-loading extraction method.

Steps
1. Install the corresponding Accessories (such as triangular chassis, standard blocks or anchors) according to the detection object (veneer brick or concrete).
2. Connect to YouTube and make sure the system is sealed.
3. Turn it on and the instrument will automatically clear.
4. Manually rotate the handle of the hand pump at a constant speed to load.
5. When the facing brick is disbonded or the concrete anchor is pulled out, stop loading.
6. Read and record the peak force value maintained on the digital display device.
7. The detection data can be selectively stored.
