Overview
XH-6000N smart High Accuracy Bond (Tensile) Strength Detector is developed by Beijing Tiandi Spark Technology Development Co., Ltd. According to JGJ 110-2008 and JGJ 144-2008 standards, it is specially designed to detect the bond strength of veneer bricks and exterior insulation materials. The maximum tensile force of the instrument is 6.00kN. It is integrated with a manual oil pump and a special piercing jack. It has a compact structure and is durable. It can be continuously and evenly loaded. The digital display system can automatically record and maintain the peak bonding force. The whole machine weighs about 2 kilograms. It is a replacement for a large, complicated and inconvenient detector.
Features
1. Maximum tension design is 6.00kN to ensure various bonding force detection accuracy
2. The manual oil pump is integrated with a dedicated piercing jack, resulting in a compact structure and durability
3. Continuous uniform loading
4. Use digital display system to display bonding force value
5. The system automatically and accurately records the peak bonding force and maintains
6. Light weight, about 2 kg
7. It has been widely used in many construction units, engineering mass supervision and inspection centers (stations) and supervision units across the country
Principle
The tester drives a dedicated piercing jack through a manual oil pump to apply continuous and uniform tension to the facing brick or exterior insulation material. The digital display system displays the bonding force value in real time, and automatically records and maintains the peak force value to measure the bonding strength.
Applications
Finishing brick bond strength test, exterior insulation material bond strength test
Standards
Bonding strength inspection standard for building engineering facing brick (JGJ 110-2008), Technical specification for exterior insulation engineering (JGJ 144-2008)
Steps
1. Connect the manual oil pump with a dedicated piercing jack
2. Apply continuous uniform loading
3. Observe the bonding force value displayed by the digital display system
4. The system automatically records and maintains the peak bonding force
Notice
• Each instrument is tested by the unit before leaving the factory
• Ensure that the standard block specifications meet the requirements (95mm × 45mm, 40mm × 40mm, 100mm × 100mm)
• Pay attention to the qualification requirements for the minimum tensile force of 0.64kN and the maximum tensile force of 2.56kN
