Overview
XHTC-10 High Accuracy Bond strength tester is a new type of testing instrument specially developed for testing the positive tensile bond strength between mortar, putty, coatings and concrete in civil construction engineering. The instrument adopts mechatronics design, and the whole set of instruments is a whole, including handles, Sensors, lead screws, reaction supports and other mechanical parts to form a "door" structure. It has the characteristics of light weight, labor-saving handle operation and convenient use.

Principle
The tester can immediately obtain the test results based on the bond strength and the form of failure during stretching. The instrument embeds a measurement display circuit inside, allowing direct observation of the data.

Steps
1. Select function: Select the corresponding function according to the detection requirements.
2. Select standard blocks: Select different standard blocks according to the material to automatically calculate the strength value.
3. Power-on operation: The instrument is automatically cleared after power-on.
4. Perform a tensile test: The operating handle is stretched, and the peak value of the instrument is maintained to display the maximum tensile force value.
5. Data storage: The detection value can be stored and retrieved or cleared at any time.
