Overview
ZQS-10A digital bond strength tester is an instrument specially developed by Tiandi Spark brand to detect the bond strength of veneer bricks and exterior external thermal insulation materials. It is designed according to the industry standards of the People's Republic of China "Construction Engineering Veneer Brick Bond Strength Inspection Standard" (JGJ 110-97) and "Exterior External Thermal Insulation Engineering Technical Regulations" (JGJ 144-2004). The maximum tensile force is designed to be 10.00kN to ensure various bonding force detection accuracy. The weight of the whole machine is about 2 kg. The structure is compact and durable.

Principle
Rotate the rocker to push the piston in the pump to move, the hydraulic oil is pressed into the four-way joint through YouTube, one way is connected to the pressure sensor, and the other way enters the jack to push the piston up, which drives the nut and tie rod to apply tension to the standard block. As the handle rotates, the tension gradually increases, and the oil pressure quickly decreases back to zero when the facing brick is disbonded. The sensor and the digital display circuit form a force measuring device to display the corresponding pressure value and record the maximum oil pressure at the moment of disbonding.

Steps
1. Rotate the rocker to push the piston in the pump body to move.

4. Drive the nut and tie rod to apply tension to the standard block.
