YT-YS03KN paper bowl compression testing machine is a professional testing instrument of YANTE brand, which is mainly used to test the compressire strength and deformation of various paper bowls, paper cups, small Encasement boxes and Miscellaneous small containers. Principle
The testing machine adopts the mechanical structure of double screw and double guide post and the control of stepping motor, and realizes the smooth movement of the pressure plate through the precision transmission system. During the test process, the system applies pressure to the sample, monitors the force value and deformation in real time, and automatically completes the test, data collection and result statistics according to the set parameters.

Steps
1. Set test parameters (such as Basis Weight, differential pressure, compressive strength, test time, etc.)
2. Place the specimen between the platens
3. Start the test program

• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 10~ 30 ℃ before use
• relative humidity should be less than 85%
• Ensure that the specimen is correctly placed in the center of the platen
