Overview
YT-NH23 gluing test stand is a special auxiliary device for measuring Corrugated Board adhesive strength (PAT test) of YANTE brand. The test stand is composed of long pin holder, short pin holder and long and short pins. It has the characteristics of convenient operation, no adjustment and strong applicability. It is suitable for single disbonding test in Corrugated Board (box) production, scientific research and product mass supervision and inspection departments.

Principle
The test stand is inserted into the corrugated structure of the Corrugated Board through long and short pins to provide stable support and separation during single disbonding tests, ensuring the accuracy and Reliability of adhesive strength tests.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate pin according to the corrugated type (φ 3mm for A corrugated type, φ 2mm for B and C corrugated type)
2. Install the pins on the corresponding pin holder
3. Place the Test Rack on the Corrugated Board Sample
4. Perform single disbonding test operation

• Please select the correct pin specification according to the corrugated type before use
• When installing the pin, ensure that the parallelism of the pin axis to the bottom surface meets the requirements
• Be careful not to exceed 300N during the test
• Keep the test stand clean to avoid affecting Test accuracy
