HONEYEAGLE HNAG1000-CO online carbon monoxide detector is suitable for real-time and accurate detection of carbon monoxide concentration and leakage in various environments. It adopts imported Electrochemical sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the advantages of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. Explosion-proof wiring method is suitable for dangerous places, compatible with control alarms, PLC, DCS and other Control systems, support on-site alarm warning, 4-20mA standard signal output and relay switch output, with circuit protection function to prevent instrument damage.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor and microcontroller technology are used to detect carbon monoxide gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. Based on the principle of infrared NDIR, the Sensor measures gas concentration in real time and Outputs signal, combined with automatic Zero tracking and temperature compensation technology to ensure Measurement accuracy and Stability.

Steps
1. Use the infrared remote control to operate without opening the lid, such as modifying the alarm point, concentration calibrating, zero calibrating, muffling, restoring factory settings, and entering the menu.
2. View real-time concentration, temperature, Humidity and other parameters through a 2.5-inch high definition color screen.
3. Connect output interfaces (e.g. RS485, 4-20mA) for data transmission and remote monitoring.
4. Drive external devices such as solenoid valves, fans, or alarms as required.

• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is in the range of -30~ 50 ℃, and the storage temperature is in the range of -40~ 70 ℃.
• Environmental humidity should be maintained at 0~ 95% RH non-condensation state.
• Operating Pressure range is 86~ 106kPa.
• Avoid use in non-explosion-proof environments to prevent danger.
• Periodic calibrating and maintenance to maintain detection accuracy.
• Use a DC5V +/- 1% or DC24 +/- 1% power supply to ensure that the current does not exceed 50mA.
