Overview
QIWEI DHC-05-B Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a device that provides a constant low temperature environment, Temperature range is 0~ 99.9 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 0.05 ℃, Temperature resolution is 0.01 ℃, Tank volume is 5/6L. The equipment provides a constant temperature, hot and cold controlled environment for laboratories, research and analysis departments, colleges and universities, etc., and assists Miscellaneous testing equipment to provide a consistent environment for testing experiments with strict temperature requirements.
Features
1. Temperature range from 0 to 99.9 ° C
2. Temperature Fluctuations as low as +/- 0.05 ℃
3. Temperature resolution up to 0.01 ℃
4. Tank volume is 5/6L, size is 255 * 170 * 130mm
5. Support internal/external circulation mode, pump Flow rate is 6L/min
6. Tank opening dimensions are 150 * 150mm, Tank depth is 120mm
Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath maintains a constant low temperature environment in the Tank through a precise temperature Control system. The equipment adopts internal/external circulation mode, and circulates the medium at a Flow rate of 6L/min through the pump to ensure uniform temperature distribution and stable control, providing a consistent hot and cold controlled environment for the experiment.
Applications
Laboratories, research and analysis departments, institutions of higher learning
Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable bench
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the device switch.
3. Set the required temperature parameters (0~ 99.9 ° C)
4. Start the circulatory system (internal/external circulation)
5. Wait for the temperature to stabilize and start the experiment
6. Power off the device after the experiment is completed
Notice
Make sure the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment
• Check whether the power connection is safe and reliable before use
• Set the temperature not to exceed the Temperature range specified by the equipment
Regularly check whether the circulatory system is working properly
• Do not block the ventilating port when the equipment is running
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment
