Explosion-proof wiring is suitable for various dangerous places, compatible with control alarms, PLC, DCS and other Control systems, which can realize on-site alarm warning, 4-20mA standard signal output and relay switch output.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor principle is used to detect nitrogen dioxide gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. Sensor converts gas concentration into electrical signal, which is processed by microcontroller and outputs standard signal.

Steps
1. Use the infrared remote control to operate without opening the lid, modify the alarm point, concentration calibrate, zero calibrate, muffle, restore the factory settings, and enter the menu.
2. View the measurement gas name, real-time value, and column chart display real-time gas concentration, gas full scale, and gas internal parameters through the LCD screen.
3. Connect the output interface, such as RS485 or 4-20mA, for data transmission and remote monitoring.

• Operating ambient temperature range is -30~ 50 ℃, Storage Temperature range is -40~ 70 ℃, avoid using beyond the range.
• Environmental humidity is 0~ 95% RH non-condensation to prevent Humidity from affecting performance.
• Operating Pressure is 86~ 106kPa, ensure operation under specified air pressure.
• Use explosion-proof enclosure, suitable for hazardous locations, but regular inspection of Protection Rating IP66 is required.
• Warm-Up Time is 10 seconds to ensure that the device is stable before testing.
Long-term drift ≤ +/- 1% (F. S/year), it is recommended to calibrate regularly to maintain accuracy.
