HONEYEAGLE HNAG1000-NO (0-2000PPM) Nitric Oxide Detector is an online Gas detection device suitable for real-time accurate detection of nitric oxide concentration and leakage in various environments. The product adopts imported Electrochemical sensor and microcontroller technology, which has the advantages of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, supports explosion-proof wiring, is compatible with a variety of Control systems, and has on-site alarm and a variety of output functions.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor is used to detect nitric oxide gas by diffusion Sampling method. Sensor converts gas concentration into electrical signal, which is processed by microcontroller and outputs standard signal to realize real-time concentration measurement and alarm function.

Steps
1. Installation equipment: fixed installation at the detection point.
2. Connect power supply: Connect to DC5V +/- 1% or DC24 +/- 1% power supply.
3. Output configuration: Connect RS485 or 4-20mA output interface as required.
4. Use the infrared remote control to set: modify the alarm point, concentration calibrate, zero calibrate, muffle, restore the factory, and enter the menu.
5. Monitoring display: View real-time concentration, temperature, Humidity and other parameters through a 2.5-inch high definition color screen.
Notice
• Working ambient temperature range is -30~ 50 ℃, storage temperature is -40~ 70 ℃, avoid using beyond the range.
• Environmental humidity is 0~ 95% RH non-condensation to prevent Humidity from affecting performance.
• Operating Pressure should be kept at 86~ 106kPa to ensure measurement accuracy.
Equipment Protection Rating is IP66, but should be avoided under extreme conditions.
• Sensor service life is 3-5 years, regular inspection and replacement.
• Response Time is less than 10 seconds, Warm-Up Time is 10 seconds, and you need to wait for the device to stabilize when using it.
• The explosion-proof marking is Ex d IIC T6, which is suitable for use in hazardous locations, but must be operated according to specifications.
• Avoid damage to the instrument due to human factors or uncontrollable factors, and pay attention to the circuit protection function during use.
