Overview
HONEYEAGLE HNAG1000-NH3 Ammonia Gas Detector is an on-line Gas detection device suitable for real-time accurate detection of ammonia concentration and leakage in various environments. The product adopts imported Electrochemical sensor and microcontroller technology, which has the advantages of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. Explosion-proof wiring is suitable for hazardous locations and is compatible with a variety of Control systems.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor is used to detect NH3 gas by diffusion Sampling method. The sensor converts gas concentration into electrical signal, displays real-time value on LCD screen after processing by microcontroller, and outputs standard signals such as RS485 and 4-20mA to realize concentration monitoring and alarm function.

Steps
1. Fixed installation of equipment in the inspection area
2. Connect power DC5V +/- 1% or DC24 +/- 1%
3. Use the infrared remote control for parameter setting, such as modifying the alarm point, concentration calibrating, zero calibrating
4. View real-time concentration data through LCD screen or remote monitoring system
5. Connect Output signal to Control system or alarm device as needed

● Working ambient temperature range is -30~ 50 ℃, storage temperature is -40~ 70 ℃, avoid using beyond the range
● Environmental humidity is 0~ 95% RH non-condensation to prevent Humidity from affecting performance
● Operating Pressure must be between 86~ 106kPa to ensure normal operation
Periodically calibrated to maintain accuracy, with a recommended service life of 3-5 years
When operating in dangerous places, it is preferred to use the infrared remote control to avoid opening the lid to ensure safety
