HONEYEAGLE Online Ammonia Detector HNAG1000-NH3 (0-1000PPM) is suitable for real-time and accurate detection of ammonia concentration and leakage in various environments. The product adopts imported Electrochemical sensor and microcontroller technology, which has the advantages of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. Explosion-proof wiring is suitable for hazardous places, compatible with various Control systems, supports on-site alarm and warning, 4-20mA standard signal output and relay switch output.

Principle
The ammonia gas detector adopts the principle of Electrochemical sensor to detect gas NH3 through diffusion Sampling method. The Sensor converts the gas concentration into an electrical signal, which is processed by the microcontroller and outputs a standard signal. The product has automatic Zero tracking and temperature compensation functions to ensure Measurement accuracy and Stability.

Steps
1. Install the equipment in a fixed position to ensure that the working environment meets the specifications.
Connect the power supply and output interface, such as RS485 or 4-20mA signal cable.
3. Use the infrared remote control for initial settings, including alarm point modification, concentration calibrating and zero point calibrating.
4. Start the equipment and start monitoring the ammonia concentration in real time after 10 seconds of preheating.
5. View real-time data through the LCD screen, or receive Output signals from the remote monitoring system.

• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is in the range of -30~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0~ 95% RH non-condensation.
