Overview
HONEYEAGLE HNAG1000-NH3 Ammonia Gas Detector is an on-line Gas detection device suitable for real-time accurate detection of ammonia concentration and leakage in various environments. The product adopts imported Electrochemical sensor and microcontroller technology, which has the advantages of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. It supports on-site alarm and early warning, 4-20mA standard signal output and relay switch output, and has a variety of circuit protection functions.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor is used to detect NH3 gas by diffusion Sampling method. The sensor converts the gas concentration into electrical signal, displays the concentration value in real time on the display screen after processing by the microcontroller, and outputs the standard signal and the switch signal to realize the concentration monitoring and alarm functions.

Steps
1. Use the infrared remote control for lid-free operation, including modifying the alarm point, concentration calibrating, zero calibrating, etc
2. View real-time concentration, temperature, Humidity and other parameters through the display screen
3. Connect RS485 or 4-20mA output interface for data transmission
4. Configure relay output to drive external devices such as solenoid valves, fans, etc
5. Remote monitoring through host computer software or gas alarm controller
